Clerical Aptitude

Measures three aspects of clerical jobs:

  • Checking: Requires the examinee to inspect two columns of names and numbers for differences.

  • Coding: Evaluates the ability to memorize role material rapidly and to code information correctly.

  • Filing: Requires the examinee to place new material into an "existing file". It therefore measures the ability to alphabetize quickly and accurately, following standard filing practices.

Work Habits

With a Filipino and an English version, this test is a survey of the examinee's work behavior, yielding a profile on the following factors:

Supervisory Attitudinal Survey

Measures the preferred responses to selected situations in the supervision or management of employees. Scores reflect one's degree of adherence to accepted principles of supervision proven to contribute to sound supervision that results in efficiency, productivity and well-being of employees in an organization
